SafeCell 14 Day Return Policy

Please read carefully below:

SafeCell accepts returns of phones only if unused and in the exact condition we sent them. Service fees, shipping & delivery fees, and service plans are not refundable.

Please be advised that a restocking fee of 5% of the total purchase amount will be imposed. This measure is not one we take lightly; it was instituted in response to significant financial losses resulting from non-refundable credit card processing and handling expenses. We appreciate your understanding.

You must obtain an RMA before returning your device. To get a return authorization, please get in touch with us via the "contact us" tab.

Write the RMA number on the shipping label and a piece of paper with the phone.

Please include all packaging and accessories; a $25 fee will apply if accessories are missing, and the return may be denied.

The return may be denied if the battery cover or battery are missing.

SafeCell will only accept the return for 14 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for ensuring we receive the return within 14 days.

Return labels will not be provided.
